We’re delighted to share that we’ll be continuing our Dragon’s Back Race® partnerships with RAW Adventures and Missing Link Coaching, ahead of the 2025 edition of the race.

The Dragon’s Back Race® is much more than just a race. It's an ‘event’. It’s an extraordinary test of endurance, grit, and determination that takes each participant on an unforgettable and profoundly personal journey regardless of whether they are trying to complete the full Dragon or the Hatchling. This year, once again, the effort put in by the participants was nothing short of amazing. The race is designed to challenge even the toughest runners, and what stood out to me, was how everyone rose up to test themselves. I’d very much like to emphasise my respect to everyone who toed the lined in Conwy Castle.

The penultimate day was a tough one, but the Castle is in sight!

The Elan Valley presented a different kind of challenge today.

The dragons are now halfway through, as Jo Meek and Max King pull into the lead.

It's an incredibly close race so far, particularly in the women's field with Zoe Murphy sneaking into the lead. Meanwhile, Max King extended his lead.

It's looking like a competitive field at this year's race!

The Event Director of the Dragon’s Back Race® has taken on his own challenge in a unique way, completing the entire route in 102 hours 33 minutes as one continuous effort.
