Here are some key dates on your journey towards the 2025 Dragon’s Back Race® - and details on what help you can expect from us along the way:
November 2024
We will ask you for your first instalment payment of £400 - due by December 1st
January 2025
We will ask you for your second instalment payment of £400 - due by February 1st
March 2025
We will be in touch with some advice on how to look after your feet!
We will ask you for your third instalment payment of £400 - due by April 1st
May 2025
We will be in touch to send you the following:
Ecological briefing notes for the full course
Tips for participating in a sustainable way
Event map guidance, including info on following the route
Also, we will ask you for your final instalment payment of £400 - due by June 1st
June 2025
We will be in touch with some good advice on clothing, equipment and tips from our medical team on how to look after yourself.
We will also need the (important) following info from you:
Transportation requirements – i.e. If you need a place on the bus back from Cardiff after the finish or from Cardiff to Conwy before the start
Baggage transfer service for international participants – I.e. If you would like to book this service (more info in our Logistics ahead of the start FAQ)
